• The privacy of all children who enter is considered sacred. Your child's identity is highly protected when entering Photo Bug Baby. Their info is given to no one.

• Photos must be entered by a parent, family (grandparent, aunt, etc.) or legal guardian of the entered child. 

• Photos will begin judging on the 28th of each month. Judges are people from OUTSIDE the Contest World. All scores are tossed out after winners are posted. Please do not ask for scores. If you don't win the title you are hoping for, please try again as judges rotate each month. 

• Judging Criteria for Main Contest/Jackpot:
  Photo Quality/Clarity (1-10)
  Naturalness (1-15)
  Overall Impression (Wow Factor) (1-15)

• Photos must be within 6 months of date taken  for ages up to 5 years old and within a year for ages 6 years and older (only for the main contest).  One child/person in each photo. Prices are for entering only one age division. Photos must be emailed in good quality and we reserve the right to crop or resize the photos to fit our site accordingly. 

• Natural Photos Only. Black & White and Sepia accepted (no B&W w/color please). No photos altered by computer (except for cropping). Please send all photos in one email for each child. Please attach photos - do not embed them in the email. We do not accept nude photos, glitz photos, diapered bottoms are okay. No make-up on children under age 6.

• Judging Criteria for Themes:
  Overall Impression (1-10)
  Creativity (1-10)
  Photo Quality (1-5)
  How well child/picture fits the theme (1-15)

• Photos for Free Theme contest may be B/W and Sepia only unless otherwise stated. Child may be of any age.

• For themes: all type of pictures are excepted (snapshots, professional, etc.)

• For themes: more than one child is allowed per photo. Prizes are awarded per picture not per child. Please remember to follow the theme. Pictures will not be posted if they do not follow the theme. 

• Judging Criteria for Pet Contest:
  Overall Impression (Wow factor) (1-20)
  Creativity (1-10)
  Photo Quality (1-5)

• For the pet category  only natural, color photos are accepted. No enchanced, B/W, sepia pictures are allowed. Only pets in pictures. No people. 

• The deadline for the Pet contest and Pet Theme is the 27th of each month.

• All contests will run from the 1st of the month until midnight of the 27th of each month.  The winners will be announced by the last day of the month.  The parent and/or legal guardian of the contest winner authorizes Photobugbaby.com to publish the photo and first/middle name of the winner on our website. 
  

• If there are not more then 3 entries in a division that division may be combined with the age divison above/below it. Photo Bug Baby reserves the right to carry the entrants over to the next month if there are not enough entrants for that current month. 

• Please send all photos by email in JPG files (no more than 200KB please) - we will not accept zip or gif files. Please do not embed pictures into the email. All pictures will be posted within 24 hrs of the contest deadline.

• Parents, family or legal guardians agree that ownership of submitted photos have not been granted to any other company or individual.  

• Prize Claim: Prizes are subject to change. Prizes may be added and/or changed after the 14th of each month. Therefore, prizes from the applicable sponsor(s) must be claimed by the 14th of each month or the prize(s) will be forfeited. I'm not responsible for 3rd party prize donations. To claim prizes go to the sponsors website and contact them through their site. Let them know what prize you won, where you won from and please remember to thank them for thier donation. If you have a problem with contacting a sponsor after a few attempts then please email me and I will try to contact them. Give them at least a week to respond before assuming they are not fulfilling the request. Cash prizes are subject to change depending on the number of entries. 

• The winners will be announced on the website by the first day of the month.

• Winners can compete the following month. Overall Winning photos may not be entered again.  

• Any  photos sent that do not follow these rules will not be accepted.  We will not overlook any entries sent incorrectly.  These rules are for the safety of the children and to help us run a safe and fair contest.  Thank You!
